Villino Del Re is a characteristic two-story cottage which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Villino Del Re you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri on the horizon. Villino Del Re is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet). You will reach Villino Del Re from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 292 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villino Del Re. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
Villino Del Re is not recommended for children under 14.
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a beach, which offers a changing room and a toilet. You will reach it from the street level going down approximately 180 stairway steps. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and an external shower. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at a nearby hotel.
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has two windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a window.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room climbing a wooden staircase with 15 steps. This room has no door. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has three porthole windows with a view of the sea and of Positano. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
