Appartamento Carrubo, Positano

Appartamento Carrubo is a bright and elegant apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Carrubo you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Appartamento Carrubo is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, two wide private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 250 meters (approximately 820 feet) including 270 stairway steps.

Appartamento Carrubo is located on the bottom floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 42 steps. Because of its position, convenient to the bus stop and with just a few steps to climb, some traffic noise can be heard.

You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Carrubo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.

The first terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the street below.

The second terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the street below.

You will be able to enter the living room from the first terrace. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two leather sofas. There is an elegant fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
