Villa Eddy, Perdifumo

Villa Eddy is a characteristic and welcoming villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Eddy you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Eddy is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Pozzillo Beach) at 7.5 km (roughly 4.7 miles). You will reach Villa Eddy from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Eddy you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Eddy is along a 1-kilometer (0.6-mile) unpaved road.

The swimming pool is 5.5 meters (18 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.60 meters (8.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the sea at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-October.

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a swing. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.

The ceiling of the first living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
