Casa Valina is a bright and cheerful two-story independent house located in the center of Positano. It sleeps four people. From Casa Valina you will enjoy a fascinating view of Positano and of the sea. Casa Valina is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 250 meters (820 feet). You will reach Casa Valina from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 95 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Valina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved).
The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of Positano, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor climbing 13 steps. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
