Casa Nina, Cetara

Casa Nina is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Nina you will enjoy a charming view of the beach and of the sea. Casa Nina is 95 square meters (1020 square feet). It features two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the borough of Cetara, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Marina) at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet) including 80 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Casa Nina from the parking area along a short route that includes approximately 7 stairway steps. Because of its position, overlooking a busy town and the commercial port, at times some noise can be heard.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Nina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings and by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the tourist port.

The second terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first terrace going down 12 steps. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the sea and of the coastline.

The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the study through an access area. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include a leather sofa and a desk. In this room you will find a personal computer with broadband Internet connection.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the study. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the study. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
