1 TBSP Olive oil
1/3 cup Flour
1 cup White wine
Rosemary sprigs

Add the white wine, then the salt, pepper, rosemary and white wine. Cover and cook about 10 minutes. Uncover and cook a few minutes until the sauce is thickened. Serve hot.
