Spectacular location

September 2023 - The location and view were spectacular. The pool was such a pleasant feature and was kept clean and functional. The outside decks offered view, sunning, privacy and were our primary living areas.

July 2023 - This villa is amazing!! The outdoor space is better than can be described in words. The views are incredible! It's quiet and relaxing and everything you would want in a vacation.

The villa is super clean and good for families. We did a lot of cooking during our week there. The kitchen is small and not very well stocked, but we managed to make it work and cook some very good meals. We enjoyed the pool and swimming in the sea at the beach club.

The beach club at the bottom of the hill is very nice, but quite pricey (8 euro for a coffee). Having the lift to the sea and to the top of the hill is wonderful as well. There are a lot of stairs, so without the lift, it would be an exhausting week hiking up and down the stairs.

This property offers everything you need and we plan on coming back. It was our best vacation yet! We have travelled all over the world and Amalfi Coast was our favorite so far. We can't wait to come again and enjoy this wonderful villa and views.

The local staff is very accommodating and helpful with anything you might need from supplies, to clean up, and arranging tours and drivers. Paola [the caretaker] was always available and very helpful with all our needs. Overall the villa was great and the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this villa and Summer In Italy.

Summer In Italy was excellent. I was a little hesitant at first, but everybody put my mind at ease and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would use Summer In Italy again for sure.

Absolutely beautiful property!

July 2023 - Absolutely beautiful property! We had a wonderful family vacation.

The views were breathtaking and the villa had everything we needed. The proximity to town was a bit farther than we would have liked but the bus and water taxi were accessible when tired of walking.

Staff was so friendly and took care of all our needs and were readily available to answer all our questions.

Outstanding outside area, great pool overlooking water

July 2023 - Wonderful views. Outside area (where we spent most of our time) is outstanding. Great pool overlooking water. Being able to have direct access to the beach, restaurant and water taxi was a nice added bonus.

Conny was excellent property manager. Very responsive to answering our questions and arranging grocery deliveries and transportation when needed.

We would definitely book with Summer In Italy again. Luca and his staff where very responsive to our questions and requests leading up to the trip. And Conny, the property manager, was wonderful.

Such a beautiful view

June 2023 - The view from Villa Luxury was so beautiful that my daughter in law said she nearly had tears at first sight.

Paola [the caretaker] was most helpful in directing us, recommending restaurants and suggesting ways to get there. One restaurant picked us up at the villa and brought us back and forth from our Villa Luxury.

We had been on a tour for nearly 2 weeks. So, when we reached our villa, we mostly wanted peace, quiet, privacy & relaxation. We watched the boats float by and enjoyed the water.

June 2023 - Beautiful villa in the hills of Positano. Our family of 8 had a wonderful time and I would recommend Villa Luxury to any family looking to enjoy the beauty of Positano.

Incredibly peaceful with stunning views

September 2022 - Villa Luxury is incredibly peaceful and the views are stunning. There is a ton of room for several couples or a bigger family. We loved it.

The walk into town down the stairs was fine for us and if you're unable to handle a few hundred stairs there is easy access to taxis and and out of town. The bus is also very easy to use.

Summer in Italy couldn’t have been easier to deal with, nicer and more informative. I’d recommend them to anyone!

August 2022 - Villa Luxury was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. Proximity to Positano - it was great we could walk there.

The property manager was very accommodating as were the people of the staff.

I have rented from Summer In Italy in the past and have never had a problem. I trust what they say and feel confident when I rent from them.

Loved our stay

May 2022 - We loved our stay and if we return to Italy will certainly stay here again. The lovely terraces and amazing view are the properties best features. We found the living space was adequate but spent most of our time outside enjoying the views and abundant sunshine.

The property manager was extremely helpful, even stocking the unit with a few groceries for us in advance which was very much appreciated.

Booking with Summer In Italy was very smooth and easy and my contact, Anita, was very helpful.

June 2019 - Beautiful location just outside Positano Alto. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Getting to the local shops, which were excellent, involved walking along a busy road with no pavement. The other thing to bear in mind for guests is that the walk to Positano centre involved going down 500 steps or a longer walk using steps and roads. Going up 500 steps is a challenge! There is a bus service but they can be very busy.

Summer In Italy were very helpful and it was a good decision to book with you.

September 2018 - Could not be more pleased with Villa Luxury.

The huge terrace provided fantastic views of Positano. One evening we sat on the terrace and listened to the opera being presented on the town beach.

Staff were very friendly, everyone we encountered was friendly and polite. They also suggested good restaurants that were a short walk downhill and offered a ride back to the villa.

Villa Luxury is superb, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Thank you for a great vacation.

This was our first time using Summer In Italy and I would recommend them for future vacation plans/reservations. The information they provided in their emails was accurate and helpful. We followed their instructions/recommendations and encountered no difficulties or issues with our reservation.

June 2018 - Villa Luxury is magnificent.

Its location with spectacular views could not be better. The terrace/outdoor area is very large and well maintained and the pool is maintained on a daily basis.

Three of the four bedrooms are quite small, but most of your time is spent outside.

If there were 8 adults there, the kitchen/dining/lounge area would also be small/tight.

April 2015 - Villa Luxury was wonderful! The view from the outdoor living areas were spectacular! It was our favorite place to stay on our entire trip.

The accommodations are clean. The kitchen has all of the basic needs.

There is an elevator on site. One morning it was broken and we walked the steps. You would want to be able to walk the steps if necessary. It is a wonderful place.

The bathroom in one of the bedrooms was adequate, however the shower did not drain well.

It was lovely and peaceful and the pool was an essential feature.

I think it is quite far out of town if you want to go to town everyday without your own transport - you can't rely on the buses!

The manager of the property was very helpful and attended to all our needs.

The service from Summer in Italy was outstanding! It was very nice to have someone to ask all the questions. The pictures of the Villa on line do not do the Villa justice - it was better than the pictures!

June 2014 - The setting is spectacular and the terraces are wonderful. The views are great in all directions.

Getting into Positano wasn't as easy as we thought it would be. Bus was limited in times. Walk was long... there may be shortcuts with stairs but we were uncertain.

Summer In Italy was an excellent source. Very helpful in finding the right properties for us. You have a great variety of properties , particularly on the Amalfi coast. We were pleased that both villas we rented were exactly as advertised and pictured on your website. Also, appreciate that you found us an apartment in Srrento when we were only staying there 2 nights.
