A haven of peace

August 2024 - The villa is truly a haven of peace. We came with friends. The villa has everything you need to have an excellent stay, both indoors and outdoors.

The owners were very welcoming and responsive. They were able to adapt and advise us on great activities.

I highly recommend it.

Summer in Italy is very active, attentive and has very good communication.

June 2024 - We all enjoyed this property. Maurizio [the owner] was an excellent host! Property was presented just as it said on the web site. We joined the quiet time in the mountains before going to the busier coastal towns. Maurizio gave us some good spots to eat up in his town. We loved Bar Orlando!!!! The setting of a smaller but vibrant countryside town. Maurizio helped arrange a boat ride to Capri and was our skipper too, incredible afternoon!! We only had time for 4 hours that day. I recommend more if you can. So thankful to have stayed here and we wish we would have stayed longer. Thank you our new friend at Villa Lisa!! Fino alla prossima volta, ciao e grazie!!

Great location, amazing house

Rustic experience with beautiful views of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius

July 2023 - The villa offered a rustic experience with beautiful views of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius. Though the home does not offer air conditioning, the many trees keep the property shaded and cool. Nights are very comfortable and required multiple covers.

Maurizio and Licia were great hosts. They were always available and helpful in answering questions and giving recommendations. They connected us with a reliable driving service that transported us from the airport in Rome and to various other places around Sorrento. Also Maurizio connected us to a reasonably priced boat touring company to view the Almafi Coast, Blue Grotto, and Capri by the sea. On our first night we asked for a welcome meal, at an additional cost, and the food prepared by Maurizio and Licia were some of the best dishes we had during our 10 day stay in Italy. Definitely request Licia's lasagna and Maurizio's grilled calamari.

We really enjoyed our time at this property and in Sorrento.

May 2023 - We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Lisa. The location is good, quiet with a nice private terrace, very useful and nice for little children who can walk and play safely.

The owner Maurizio is a very nice and helpful person, living next door of the villa, and also very responsive. When we had questions he answered/solved everything right away.

All Summer In Italy staff are very responsive and helpful. Really super!

Lovely peaceful and cool location

August 2019 - Lovely peaceful and cool location with access to great walking. Liked the pool, though not very big the pool and decking made a great area for chilling out.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable

May 2017 - Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The villa itself was outstanding and the location was definitely "far from the madding crowd", yet close enough that shopping was just a 15 minute drive away from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, the nearest village.

Excellent service and back-up. I can't think of any improvements!
