It was absolutely perfect!

October 2019 - We rented Villa Fabiana for 10 days at the end of September beginning of October. It was absolutely perfect!

The weather was ideal and the location of Villa Fabiana was exactly what we hoped for. The view from the terrace was breath taking. It has direct access to the sea with landings to lounge and relax on by the sea. There are a lot of steps but the reward is absolutely worth it. We swam in the sea every morning and every evening, it was the highlight of our day.

We thoroughly enjoyed out time here and would definitely recommend Villa Fabiana. Just be very aware there are a lot of steps. But if you are visiting the Amalfi Coast I think you should be prepared for a lot of walking and a lot of steps.

We booked through Summer In Italy. I had no previous knowledge or experience with them. They were amazing. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Someone in our group dropped a phone onto the neighboring balcony. There wasn't anyone staying there and when we reached out to Summer In Italy they were very responsive and helpful in making sure the phone was returned. They followed the next day to make sure everything was good. I would definitely book through them again.

Absolutely amazing

July 2017 - Villa Fabiana is absolutely amazing. The view itself is like a dream, and to have our own private pool and sea access! We couldn't have found a better place. We loved it and hope to return one day.

We were very happy with Summer In Italy, they were very helpful. After a very positive experience, I will start with Summer In Italy in the future. We enjoyed the informational newsletters very much. Thank you very much for the transportation recommendations. We used them twice!

Would love to return one day

September 2016 - We absolutely loved Villa Fabiana. We would happily recommend and would love to return one day. Amazing pool area and views. It's a very traditional home, so do not expect high end luxurious bathrooms or kitchen. All very functional and in good working order.

Owners were so helpful. Lovely to deal with and wishing to please.

Very impressed by Summer In Italy. A lot of research paid off as they were just wonderful from start to finish. Melanie in particular went out of her way helping with invaluable help re car parking in surrounding areas. She is an exceptional member of the team. Luca and all the staff were great. My friend was asking me before we even had our holiday who I used, as she knows how much details mean to me, and how much research I had done! She had already booked her villa in Sorrento via Summer In Italy before we arrived in Italy. :) We have since told her she will not be disappointed if she is looked after as we were!

It was amazing!

August 2016 - It was amazing! The location and view are simply sublime; the terrace, swimming pool and outside areas are of the highest quality. The platform for getting into the sea was great too. We felt very lucky to be there - passing boat users looked very jealous.

Access was a challenge (difficult parking) but once there not much to complain about apart from the bathrooms which need updating.

June 2014 - We really enjoyed our week at Villa Fabiana.

The accommodation was great. The house was equipped with everything we needed, the views were stunning and the pool, terraces and balcony were all excellent. The access to the sea was great and we used it to access the sea for a swim almost daily.

The landlord was accessible by phone and helpful for a couple of questions that did arise.

We used Summer In Italy because of positive reviews we found through Google. Your advisors were helpful both online and by phone. The booking process was straightforward. Overall our experience was very positive and we would use your company again.

September 2012 - We had a really good time at Villa Fabiana and enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the sea very much. It is truly one of the most beautiful locations at the coast of Amalfi.

The owners are very charming and nice people and they are kindly and helpful in any situation.

We would like to come again to the Villa Fabiana in the near future.

July 2010 - In total the house is very nice, and the service from the landlady was also very good, she called several times and arranged that we got an Internet key. Although I think the price is a bit too high for the standard.

The space for the car is small and the driveway is very steep, we have rented a car which didn't have the motor to back up this steep driveway, so we did have some trouble.

We enjoyed the Villa very mush and had a good stay.

I think your service has been very good, we will absolutely recommend Summer in Italy to our friends.

July 2006 - Very nice, clean villa. Adequately furnished, very spacious. Peaceful surroundings. Terrace was comfortable, relaxing, with exceptional view of the coast. No air conditioning but there were ceiling fans.

You get a great workout with the steps up to the road.

Be aware that if you rent a car, the smaller the better since the road along the coast is very winding and narrow.

August 2005 - We enjoyed our time at Villa Fabiana, made all the more special because of the fantastic views. We got used to the steps but did find getting in and out of the parking area difficult (book a small car!).

We were fortunate to be in Maiori during their festival so saw several stunning firework displays from the balcony. The town was very busy that week and parking was hard to find so we walked to the town and back twice a day (a torch is useful for night time).
