Great location

May 2019 - Location was great, secluded in the farm lands and forest, it was a dream location. Views were the best.

Pool was ready to use and looked good but weather too cool.

Summer in Italy did a great job and we had no issues.

Travel tips

  • Car a must, villa has good parking.
  • We did day trips into the city, parking was good and we also used public transportation and access was great.
  • Restaurants and food were all over. We recommend Restaurant in Seven Hills.

Lovely location convenient for Rome

August 2018 - Villa Eos is a spacious villa in a lovely location convenient for Rome. It is out in the country and has lovely views to the distant Apennine Mountains from the two terraces. Internet speed was better than most rural properties we've stayed in. Air conditioning in all bedrooms was much appreciated. The villa very much up to expectations.

The owner lives nearby and was very helpful in addressing queries about the property.

Very pleased with efficient handling of booking and speedy and informative response to queries. Thank you.

Travel tips

  • The villa is 15 minutes from facilities at La Giustiniana and a car is essential.
  • You can get to the Vatican side of Rome by train from La Giustiniana and to the Colosseum area by Metro from Rebibbia (30 minutes away by car).
  • Antiquities such as Villa Adriana, Cerveteri and Ostia, and Hydromania and Aquafelix water parks, are all within an hour by car.
