An epic view

January 2020 - Villa Cala del Marò has an epic panoramic view from the terrace. The check in was smooth and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Travel tips

  • You need to walk along a relatively steep little alley to reach the villa. Not a hard one, but not for anyone who has issues with walking.

A wonderful stay for a family group

July 2019 - My family has just spent a wonderful week at Villa Cala del Marò. From our greetings by the caretaker through to the facilities and wonderful ambiance of the Villa, it was a joy from start to finish.

The pool was wonderful, the outside cooking facilities were very useful, the air-conditioning in the rooms very welcome.

Highly recommended.

  • Like anywhere in the jewel that is Praiano, steps are a fact of life, but this was not too taxing and we embraced the stroll along to the restaurant La Moressa and shopping at Tutto per Tutti.

Beautiful property, amazing views and great facilities

May 2019 - The view was absolutely stunning from the property - We are definitely going to miss our breakfasts on the patio looking out on the sea. This is definitely the highlight of the villa.

The property itself is very eclectic and has a lovely warmth to it. It has great facilities and comfortably sleeps 6/7. The pool was also a lovely added extra and made for a nice morning dip! Last but not least, Pierluigi, the caretkaer, was super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

This property is a gem in the most beautiful setting.

Travel tips

  • It’s about a 7 minute walk from the main road with a few steps and a little uphill so bear this in mind for luggage etc.

Perfecto!!! We loved it and will be back.

August 2018 - We loved the area and the locals in Praiano, restaurants were great and we had some of our best meals in the streets near our property.

We caught the local bus to and from beach, into town and to just ride around and see the area. Our kids loved the beach, jumping of the rocks and exploring the neighboring towns. Best thing - boat rides around to and from places made the experience so much more enjoyable.

Travel tips

  • We did a number of sightseeing trips and walks and usually ended the day getting a speed boat back to Praiano (Luca down at the beach organised transfers, restaurants and much more).

Unfortunately, Villa Cala del Marò can not be booked at this time.
