Amazing stay, highly recommended for large families

August 2023 - The location is amazing and the house has all the comfort you want for a big family, we were with 9 adults and 2 small children. Kitchen equipment is sufficient and towels are provided.

Great shadowed areas for breakfast/dinner and a barbecue ready to fire. The cars are parked under a roof. Super large and clean swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a large garden for playing games.

It further offers a ping pong table and a soccer table. No need to leave the estate, only for doing groceries. Good large grocery stores are nearby. We all were very satisfied and recommend this to everyone.

Extraordinary villa for relaxing with the family with a very friendly owner

August 2023 - Very nice villa in a very nice location. The owner (living in the other part of the house) is very friendly and does his best to ensure a perfect stay, while at the same time you do not take notice that someone else is staying in the house.

The pool is great, the garden beautiful and the house refurbished in original Tuscany style. A perfect place to stay, if you are looking for really relaxing days with the family.

There is also table tennis, a nice playground for children and some workout equipment (treadmill, etc.). Siena and Firenze within 1h - but we decided to stay just in the villa and at the pool, because it was so relaxing to be there!

Beautiful location

August 2022 - Lovely rustic house with a stunning pool area.

We stayed a week with some friends and family, very family friendly place.

We loved it there! Recommend ordering a dinner made at the house, we had a lovely 3 course dinner with the most amazing tiramisu as dessert.

Highly recommended!

Tuscan Family Experience

May 2022 - The villa is situated in a beautiful setting with flowers in bloom, gorgeous plants and vines, and a walnut grove. The pool provided a wonderful family experience when we weren't traveling.

Fabrizio [the owner] and Sueli are wonderful people and Sueli has a menu that you can order from that provides you with a wonderful Tuscan culinary experience. The surrounding area has spectacular vistas all within a short distance.

We rented a car and visited a new village or city every day. We enjoyed Foiano della Chiana; it's people, views, shopping, and it's food.

Beautiful villa with swimming pool

July 2021 - We spent 10 days in this beautiful Tuscan-style villa. The pool and garden are large, and we spent pleasant and relaxing hours under the pergola and in the hot tub.

The house is spacious, elegant, and stylish, with a fully equipped kitchen, we didn't miss anything. We also had two fabulous BBQs with Tuscan meat in the garden.

The location is central and very convenient for visiting the magnificent region of Tuscany. We would definitely return.

Beautiful Villa with Spectacular Grounds

August 2019 - My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two daughters. The villa is large with a very nice kitchen and living area on the first floor, two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor (the master bedroom is quite large and has a balcony with a great view of the city), and two bedrooms and bathroom on the third floor.

The pool and surrounding grounds are gorgeous, which you can see from the pictures. There is a nice seating area outside, and another nice area for eating outside with a long table which will seat many. We enjoyed our dinners here many evenings.

The location is very convenient for visiting the area. I highly recommend this property.
