September 2024 - So welcoming, beautiful, cozy, authentic... Fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit from estate, jams and honey being a personal favorite. The estate itself if relaxing, especially the beautiful pool area.

Their caretaker, Natalì I believe, is a wonderful person who is incredibly kind and accommodating.

Travel tips

  • Rapolano Terme is a quiet town but has everything you need from trattorias, osterias and wine bars.
  • We loved eating at Osteria Il Granaio.

Better than expected!

June 2024 - Even better than we thought it would be! So beautiful, quaint, private. Breakfast was great, location was perfect.

The team at Summer In Italy were amazing and so responsive, as was the on site team. We found summer in Italy through Airbnb but I would absolutely work directly through them again. They were beyond helpful and responsive. They helped us with absolutely everything we needed months in advance .

Travel tips

  • You need a car! But they can also organize a car service for you and Mario at the property was amazing.
