As good as the pictures
July 2019 - It is as good as the photos suggest with a lovely pool set in beautiful surroundings of a working vineyard and olive grove, the fruits of which you may enjoy at the local shop.
Lovely Tuscan meal served on the Thursday. The apartament was basic but sufficient for most purposes, although no oven, microwave or dishwasher. No aircon either, so it can get a bit hot. Furnishings adequate. Hosts are incredibly friendly and above to help with any problems.

June 2008 - We enjoyed our time at Pergola very much, and would recommend the property to anyone wanting to tour the Chianti area.
The cottage was cozy and basic, but suited us fine.
Although next to the pool used by others on the estate, our location was remarkably private and quiet. And the pool itself was lovely and refreshing, especially on the hot days.
Your assistance was quick, clear, and accommodating. We will recommend you to others wishing to book a holiday.
Travel tips
- As is typical in properties such as these, there is no oven, but rather a gas stove/range. But this is supplemented by a little outdoor hibachi grill (BBQ), was perfect for evening cooking.
- Try the wine sold at the estate: the table wine is particularly good.
