Very good

October 2023 - We stayed at Marzio and Laura's wonderful villa as a family of three generations (including a two year old). We loved the spaciousness, comfort and relaxed living. The grounds and pool were an absolute highlight after many weeks of travel. All the little shady seating areas and wonderful poolside loungers made it so easy to stay home and enjoy a truly relaxed holiday.

Marzio and Laura were very accommodating, full of local knowledge and the boys were thrilled to find Marzio even had beer on tap!

Wonderful to work with Summer In Italy again and know all our booking details and special requests were taken care of so professionally.

The location is fantastic with many places on your doorstep

August 2023 - We spent a lovely week here with our children and their grandparents. The location is fantastic with many places on your doorstep, making it the perfect location to explore all that Tuscany has to offer.

The unit itself is a lovely rustic Tuscan home, it might not have all the mod cons but it fitted out needs, and the owners were always on hand to help.

The pool area was great for our little ones and most of the time we had it to ourselves.

We loved Casa Sparviero A!

March 2023 - We loved Casa Sparviero A! It was remote and quiet.

We visited in the off-season so the fireplace in the living room was very inviting and kept us warm and cozy. It's a special place and we would definitely choose this location if we visit again.

Laura and Marzio [the owners] were wonderful hosts and showed us the historic house offering us great suggestions for site seeing around the area. They brought us homemade yogurt and a yummy cake upon our arrival.

Great communication and I'd use Summer In Italy again!

It is lovely!

September 2019 - We were a party of four adults and we were very pleased with Casa Sparviero A! After a day in crowded towns it was wonderful to return to our home in the evening and enjoy the quiet countryside. The apartment was very well equipped and although it was too cool for us to swim, the pool was very pretty and very inviting! We would love to return to Casa Sparviero A! It is lovely!

Keep doing what you are doing! This was our second trip to Italy, we used Summer In Italy both times and we were so happy with our accommodations. The reviews of the villas and the photos are very honest and very helpful.

Excellent

July 2019 - Simply amazing!

Location central for day trips to all the sites. Villa large, homely, with the rustic charm of a Tuscan villa. Villa grounds perfectly set among olive groves and grape vines. Large and well maintained pool area. Views to the historic hill top village of San Donato, where we took a ten minute walk for dinner some nights.

The owners around but not intrusive. Gave great advice on where to go and gladly helped with any issues. A lovey couple of human beings.

Wish we could have stayed longer, fantastic memories created.
