Perfect for day trips

September 2019 - We loved being at Casa Giobatta D! Perfect for day trips all around Tuscany, and quiet at night.

The Casa Giobatta D was quite large and comfortable for two couples, although one bedroom was a little small, but perfectly adequate. It is much nicer in person than the photos show. The sunsets were wonderful.

The caretaker was very welcoming and helpful.

Summer in Italy was so helpful and worked with us when we had to change our dates even though we had already paid the deposit on one unit. They made it so easy to change rental sites and were always available.

October 2018 - We liked Casa Giobatta D very much.

Everything went all right. We appreciated a lot the rapidity with which the owner took action when the refrigerator broke...

We were looking for a place in Tuscany, near Firenze, near San Giminignano, near Montepulciano... We appreciate to be near a lot of places to visit. We were in the center of the villages that we wanted to see.

March 2018 - It was a very comfortable spot and very nicely appointed and visually beautiful -- comfortable beds, lots of room, spotlessly clean.

The staff was very helpful. A great spot to stay for visiting Tuscany.

Thanks for all the help. We heard of you from friends who had booked with you and where happy. It was a very good description of the unit and you where very prompt at answering my questions. Thanks again.

July 2017 - We all absolutely loved it. It was much much nicer than I had been expecting from the pictures and description! It embodies all one ever hears about of Tuscany. The ambiance, the views, the peace and quiet.

The manager (Paola) was a most helpful and delightful person. It was an extremely well run organisation.

The furnishings were in beautiful taste.

I also liked the lack of TV and never informed my children that we had an option of renting one - they didn't miss it at all with the options of swimming, tennis and boccie as well as walks.

We were on bikes - no car - and found this worked well although we did get lots of exercise getting groceries!

I think the website description of Casa Giobatta could be enhanced to make it sound as beautiful as it really is.

Be aware that shops in both neighbouring towns are closed Sundays. We arrived late on Saturday, with just a few groceries, thinking we would be able to stock up again the next day. We had to ration food fairly carefully to last till Monday morning. We were very happy with the booking arrangements.
