Villa Zelda is a characteristic and welcoming one-story villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Zelda you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Villa Zelda is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Donnalucata, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Pantano Arizza) at 250 meters (approximately 820 feet). You will reach Villa Zelda from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Zelda you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach. You will reach it along a 250-meters (820-feet) public walkway that has no stairway steps.

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.

The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the sea.

The living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window, as well as a small window that opens into the living room, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the third bedroom. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the second bedroom. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
