Villa Ortensia B, Santa Maria di Castellabate

Villa Ortensia B is a characteristic and welcoming apartment located right on the beach. It sleeps three people. It is approximately 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of Santa Maria di Castellabate, a few steps from restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 550 meters (1800 feet) and the closest beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet).

Villa Ortensia B is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 36 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ortensia B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Alternatively, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
