Villa Nives is a spacious three-story villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Nives you will have a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. Villa Nives is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 350 meters (380 yards), a grocery store at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles), the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet). You will reach Villa Nives from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

For a successful stay at Villa Nives we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The villa is built on three levels. The ground floor is independent, and reached without any steps to climb. The first level is reached climbing an external stairway and is connected to the second floor by an internal stairway.

The terrace is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and a swing. From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.

The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with a wood bench, as well as with chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will have a lovely view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include three sofas and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. Here you will find a ping pong table and a football table. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The two dining tables can accommodate 18 guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the porch through two French doors. The room has two windows, as well as two small high windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The room has a small high window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small high window.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

You will be able to enter the second living room from the terrace through an external access. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a large sliding door. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room also has a large panoramic window.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the garden climbing five steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the sixth bedroom from the garden climbing five steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the seventh bedroom. You will be able to enter the seventh bedroom from the garden climbing five steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

The third bathroom is decorated with light-blue mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the sixth bedroom through an access area.

You will be able to enter the eighth bedroom from the sixth bedroom climbing a wooden staircase with 16 steps. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 1.80 meters (5.9 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a roof window.

The fourth bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the sixth bedroom climbing a wooden staircase with 16 steps.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
