Villa Malvina B, Finale Ligure

Villa Malvina B is a welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient historic building. It sleeps four people. From Villa Malvina B you will have a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 150 meters (165 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Alternatively, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. Here you will also find a safe.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. The floor is paved with checkered red and white tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
