Villa Madrevita, Ostuni

Villa Madrevita is a characteristic and welcoming villa in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Ostuni, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Torre Santa Sabina beach) at 8 km (roughly 5 miles).

To stay at Villa Madrevita you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by a pergola with a characteristic bamboo roof. The pool is open from the beginning of April until mid-October.

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the garden.

The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. In the garden you will find a barbecue.

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. There is a small fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The ceiling of the kitchen is made of stone and vaulted. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The kitchen has a small window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The third bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
