From Villa Lavanda A you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Lavanda A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Sorano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Villa Lavanda A from the parking area along a short route that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.

From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. You will share the garden with guests staying at another nearby apartment.

The patio is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside.

The living room is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an age-old fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor through an access area. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches).
