Villa Il Poggio, Massa Lubrense

Villa Il Poggio is a characteristic three-story villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Il Poggio you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Il Poggio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Villa Il Poggio walking past a main entrance gate and going up a route that cuts through the terrace and includes approximately ten stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Il Poggio you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Il Poggio is along a narrow road. We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.

The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with two sofas and with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with chairs and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a long L-shaped sofa. In this room you will find an upright piano. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room also has a window with a view of the patio. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the patio.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room going down three steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
