Villa Gisella A, Praiano

Villa Gisella A is a bright apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. It is approximately 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Praiano, approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Gisella A from the street level going up approximately 90 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Gisella A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 800 meters (880 yards), in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard.

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coastline.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include three armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second living room through a corridor. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). You will be able to enter the bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The furnishings include two armchairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
