You will be able to enter the family room from the living room going down 15 steps. The ceiling is vaulted. Here you will find a pool table. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The terrace is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the lake and of the mountains.

The verandah is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the entrance hall. You will find a table and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a view of the lake and of the mountains and of the garden.
