Villa Dione, Melissano

Villa Dione is an elegant and welcoming villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Dione you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Dione is 180 square meters (1940 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Melissano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 9.5 km (roughly 5.9 miles). You will reach Villa Dione walking past a main entrance gate and going up a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately three stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Dione you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant awning and by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden and of the swimming pool.

The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet) large. It is equipped with an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside.

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the patio with a view of the swimming pool and of the garden. The room also has a small window with a view of the garden.

In the corridor you will find a closed mezzanine level, with a door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The mezzanine has a window with a view of the greenery. In this room you will find a television (local channels) and it has an air conditioning/heating unit.

The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the swimming pool through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

The parking space is suitable for two cars.
