Villa dei Gigli, Marina di Mancaversa

Villa dei Gigli is a modern and graceful villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. From Villa dei Gigli you will have a view of the surrounding buildings. Villa dei Gigli is 160 square meters (1720 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Marina di Mancaversa, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Marina di Mancaversa beach) at 650 meters (approximately 710 yards). You will reach Villa dei Gigli from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa dei Gigli you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 2.50 meters (8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by trees. It is equipped with two armchairs and a wood bench and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue.

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
