Villa Carol Second Floor is a graceful apartment that is part of a villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Carol Second Floor you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the sea. Villa Carol Second Floor is 70 square meters (750 square feet). You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Pietra Ligure, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. To stay at Villa Carol Second Floor you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please note that access to Villa Carol Second Floor is along a 200-meter (660-foot) narrow uphill road.

The above-ground swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by awnings and by perfumed citrus trees. The garden is equipped with benches, as well as with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table, and you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches).

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches).

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a combo bathtub with shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
