Villa Belfiore is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps six people. From Villa Belfiore you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Belfiore is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.2 km (0.75 miles) from Chianni, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 850 meters (930 yards) and the bus stop a few meters (feet) away. You will reach Villa Belfiore from the parking area going up approximately 15 stairway steps.

For a successful stay at Villa Belfiore we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Villa Belfiore is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the bottom floor.

The above-ground swimming pool has a diameter of 5 meters (16 feet) and is deep 1.2 meter (4 feet). The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

You will reach the garden from the parking area going up approximately eight stairway steps. The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof and by tall trees. The garden is equipped with a wood bench, as well as with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows.

You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In the dining room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate three guests. The kitchen has two windows.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a small fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
