Villa Adenia B, Conca dei Marini

Villa Adenia B is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Villa Adenia B you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Adenia B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 350 meters (380 yards), the stop for SITA bus Amalfi - Agerola line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 miles) including 200 stairway steps.

Villa Adenia B is located on the middle floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level going down a 100-meters (330-feet) public route that includes approximately 230 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Adenia B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

The terrace is 16 square meters (172 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a masonry bench, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a lovely view of the sea.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three large panoramic arched windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine and an iron. The kitchen has a arched window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The bathroom is tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
