Villa Adenia A, Conca dei Marini

Villa Adenia A is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Adenia A you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Adenia A is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 350 meters (380 yards), the stop for SITA bus Amalfi - Agerola line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 miles) including 200 stairway steps.

Villa Adenia A is located on the bottom floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level going down a 100-meters (330-feet) public route that includes approximately 215 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Adenia A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

The garden is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with a wrought-iron bench, as well as with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. The garden, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the guests of one other nearby apartment in order to reach their accommodations.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden, going down approximately ten steps, through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine and an iron. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
