Villa Epicuro Garden, Amalfi

Villa Epicuro Garden is a bright and sunny villa surrounded by a lemon and orange garden. It sleeps six people. From Villa Epicuro Garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Epicuro Garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Amalfi, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 100 meters (330 feet). You will reach Villa Epicuro Garden from the street level going up approximately 50 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Epicuro Garden. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), for a fee, in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Alternatively, you can park free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea, of Amalfi and the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the patio. The terrace is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Amalfi and the coast of Amalfi.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the coastline.

The garden is partly shaded by citrus trees. You will be able to reach it from the swimming pool area. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs, a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through an arched opening. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through a French door. The room also has a arched window. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through a French door. The room also has a arched window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hydromassage shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
