Villa Barluzzi is an elegant and welcoming three-story historical villa which dates back to the first half of the nineteenth century, at a short distance from the center. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Barluzzi you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of the coast of Amalfi and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Villa Barluzzi is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, at a short distance from the center of Ravello. You will find the closest restaurant, shops at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Castiglione di Ravello beach) at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles). You will reach Villa Barluzzi from the parking area going up a 300-meters (985-feet) public walkway that cuts through the historic centre and includes approximately 180 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Barluzzi. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).
The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees and by citrus trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Maiori, of Minori and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon .
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two small wood sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with an enchanting view of the sea through a French door. The room also has three windows with a view of the garden and of the sea.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor through an access area. It has two wooden twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house with a view of surrounding countryside through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor through an access area. It has two wooden twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the garden and of the sea through a French door. The room also has two arched windows with a view of the garden and of the other buildings. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor through an access area. It has two wooden twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the surrounding houses, of the surrounding countryside and of the sea through a French door. The room also has a large panoramic arched window with a view of the surrounding houses. The room has an arched window that opens into the first living room. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the terrace through an external access. It has two wooden twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements).
