Tenuta Rurale is a characteristic and welcoming two-story age-old farm house which dates back to the first half of the nineteenth century, at a short distance from the center. It sleeps 11 people. It is approximately 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Cutrofiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Gallipoli beach) at 21 km (roughly 13 miles).

To stay at Tenuta Rurale you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The swimming pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long. The area is equipped with chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and hammocks. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the garden through a French door. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The living room is paved with authentic early-twentieth-century decorated Venetian mosaic. The furnishings include a wood sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through an access area. The ceiling of the kitchen is high and vaulted. It is in a rustic style, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has two windows.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The bathroom has two doors. It is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the fifth bedroom and from the corridor.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
