Il Sogno di Wagner, Ravello

Il Sogno di Wagner is a characteristic and welcoming independent house situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps six people. From Il Sogno di Wagner you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery. Il Sogno di Wagner is 85 square meters (915 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Ravello, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the local bus at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Il Sogno di Wagner from the street level going down a 300-meters (985-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 16 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Il Sogno di Wagner. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 400 meters (440 yards), free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the greenery.

The living room is paved with characteristic tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from a secondary entrance or from the living room going down five steps. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a high window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
