Fuoco, Follonica

Fuoco is a graceful studio apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps two people. From Fuoco you will enjoy a charming view of the garden. Fuoco is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access installed in the common areas (performance inside the unit may be limited).

You will be roughly 13 km (8.1 miles) from Follonica, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and a grocery store at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles).

Fuoco is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Fuoco you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Fuoco is along a 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) unpaved road.

The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. Here you will also find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
