Casa Urbina, Praiano

Casa Urbina is a characteristic and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Urbina you will enjoy a charming view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Urbina is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Urbina from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 85 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Urbina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 150 meters (165 yards), for a fee, in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the small Li Galli islands.

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels) and a CD player. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window that opens into the living room.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a pouffe which unfolds in a single bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a pouffe which unfolds in a single bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
