Casa Suadente, Taormina

Casa Suadente is a smart designer studio apartment located in the historic center of Taormina. It sleeps two people. From Casa Suadente you will enjoy a view of the surrounding buildings. Casa Suadente is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of the historic center of Taormina, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the cable car station for Mazzarò - Taormina sea at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the beach at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles) including 100 stairway steps.

Casa Suadente is located on the second floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going up a public walkway that includes approximately 75 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Suadente. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 150 meters (165 yards), for a fee, in a private parking lot.

The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings.

The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the other buildings. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washer/dryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
