Casa Ruta A, Suvereto

Casa Ruta A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. From Casa Ruta A you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Ruta A is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Suvereto, where you will find restaurants and shops.

Casa Ruta A is located on the ground floor of an old barn. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Ruta A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Ruta A is along a 200-meter (660 feets) narrow unpaved road.

The patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate three guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two double-glazed large panoramic windows. Here you will also find a safe.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
