Casa Oronzo, Morciano di Leuca

Casa Oronzo is a pleasant and spacious independent house situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Casa Oronzo you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Oronzo is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a wide private terrace, a private patio, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Morciano di Leuca, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach (Pescoluse beach) at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles). You will reach Casa Oronzo from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Oronzo you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The terrace is 110 square meters (1200 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the patio along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. It is equipped with chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the garden.

The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the inner yard.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a table to seat five guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room has a window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a double room. The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
