Casa Nocetta I, Montefiascone

Casa Nocetta I is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps five people. From Casa Nocetta I you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Nocetta I is 45 square meters (485 square feet). You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Montefiascone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Casa Nocetta I from the parking area going down a route that includes approximately eight stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Nocetta I you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the garden. You will share the patio with guests staying at another nearby apartment.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
