Casa Mortella F is a graceful two-story apartment that is part of an ancient manor house. It sleeps four people. From Casa Mortella F you will have a lovely view of the Marche hills and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Mortella F is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area in the garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the bus stop at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Marzocca beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles).
Casa Mortella F is located on the first floor of the building. You will reach it from the parking area along a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 18 stairway steps.

The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, up to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. The mezzanine is paved with wood. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a sofa. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles and has an height of 1.20 meters (3.9 feet) at its lowest point. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV and it has underfloor cooling.
