Casa Mariapaola, Santa Maria di Castellabate

Casa Mariapaola is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. From Casa Mariapaola you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the tourist port. Casa Mariapaola is 90 square meters (970 square feet). You will be in the heart of Santa Maria di Castellabate, a few steps from restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), a grocery store at 150 meters (490 feet), the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet).

Casa Mariapaola is located on the second floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the parking area going up approximately 47 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Mariapaola. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The terrace is 5 square meters (53 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with two armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the tourist port.

The first living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second living room through a corridor. The furnishings include two armchairs. The room has no windows.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is tiled with lucid red majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a combo bathtub with shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
