Casa Lucrezia is a bright and cheerful two-story independent house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps six people. From Casa Lucrezia you will enjoy a broad view of the Abruzzi hills and of the sea at a distance. Casa Lucrezia is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Cellino Attanasio, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa Lucrezia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Lucrezia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a parking space.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window overlooking the terrace.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the kitchen. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

The second bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through an external access.
