Casa Concerto B, Montecatini Terme

Casa Concerto B is a graceful apartment located on top of a small hill. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Montecatini Terme, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards).

Casa Concerto B is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 20 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Concerto B you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a fenced covered parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

In the patio there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

The living room is paved with elegant wood. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the external stairway through a French door.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room climbing three steps. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor climbing three steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
