Casa Caprifoglio C is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps nine people. Casa Caprifoglio C is located on the third floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up approximately eight stairway steps and then using an elevator.

To stay at Casa Caprifoglio C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The first terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the greenery.

The second terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a nice view of the greenery.

The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe and a telephone.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace. The room also has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with sea green mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with light-blue mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
