Casa Anais is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Casa Anais you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the greenery. Casa Anais is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Nerano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Casa Anais from the street level going up a public route that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
For a succesful stay at Casa Anais we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small balcony. The room also has a window.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
