Casa Alves, Praiano

Casa Alves is a characteristic and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Alves you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Alves is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a nice private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area).

Casa Alves is located on the third floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 36 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Alves. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two small sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through two French doors. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements).

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
