Casa Passalacqua, Positano

Casa Passalacqua is a bright and elegant apartment that is part of a villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Passalacqua you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Passalacqua is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Fornillo Beach) at roughly 900 meters (990 yards) including 270 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area).

Casa Passalacqua is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the street level going down approximately 14 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Passalacqua. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant pergola. The terrace is equipped with a sofa, as well as with a table and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through an access area. It is very well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is also an electric barbecue. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
