Casa Capriccio, Positano

Casa Capriccio is a bright and cheerful apartment located right on the Spiaggia Grande beach . It sleeps four people. From Casa Capriccio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of Positano. Casa Capriccio is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus at 500 meters (1640 feet).

Casa Capriccio is located on the second floor. You will reach it from the beach going up approximately 30 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Capriccio. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), for a fee, in a private parking lot.

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe. You will reach it from Casa Capriccio going down approximately 30 stairway steps.

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the beach and of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the beach of Positano through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
